www.crossroadswcc.ning.com shutting down

As much as I wish we could keep this site active, Ning's announcement this spring that they would become a pay-only site this summer has forced me to seek other social media alternatives for the Woods Chapel group. Effective July 20th this site will no longer be active, and this will be the last content that I add to the site.

BUT THERE'S GOOD NEWS! Our LinkedIn group DOES provide all the functionality of this site - community, announcements, events, you know - all that collaborative… Continue

Networking Last Week

Last week I have been reading a lot about technology. I attended as many technical user groups as I could.

Presenter: Mark Mydland”

KCJava was every informative. I had not yet discovered…

www.thatjobguy.com is LIVE!

After much negotiating with myself I decided to buy a couple domain names. So I am now the proud owner of www.thatjobguy.com and www.davidtempleman.com. Both point to the same place and there's currently a place-holder page up while I figure out what I'm going to do with the site and more importantly how I am going to produce it. Given my limited discretionary funds available to develop a site (zero) it's going to fall to me to build it. There's several tools I can use to build a nice website… Continue

Update on my cousin

God does answer prayers! After a few days in the hospital and a couple of weeks of recovery at home Wendi is doing very, very well. Follow up tests have confirmed that the cancer was contained and she is officially cancer-free. Praise God! She continues to feel better everyday and even will be joining us in our annual week long vacation to Lake of the Ozarks. I'm thankful she is one of the survivors of the cancer epidemic. We lose far too many people to this terrible disease. Please pray for… Continue
